હે પરમાત્મા,

અમારા વિચારો, લાગણીઓ, કાર્યોનો દોર
તમે તમારા હાથમાં લો
અને અમને સંપૂર્ણપણે દોરો.

અમારાં સઘળાં કાર્યો
અમારી બુદ્ધિ, અમારી ઈચ્છા, અમારા અહંકાર વડે નહિ
પણ તમારી ઈચ્છા વડે પ્રેરિત થાઓ.

કોઈ પણ કાર્યની સફળતા કે નિષ્ફળતા
તમારી યોજના મુજબ જ બની આવે છે
એ સમજવા ને સ્વીકારવા જેટલી
નિર્મળતા ને નમ્રતા અમને આપો.

અમે કશાને માટે ઝાંવા ન મારીએ
કશાને માટે વ્યાકુળ ન થઈએ
તમે જે સ્થિતિમાં અમને રાખો, તેમાં
ફરિયાદ કર્યા વિના, આનંદપૂર્વક રહી શકીએ
એવી સ્થિર શ્રદ્ધા ને સમર્પણબુદ્ધિ આપો.
